Meet the Owner
Hey, I'm Steven - owner and head bartender of Happier Hour.
I've been behind the bar since I was 18, and over the past 15 years, I've had the opportunity to experience just about every side of the industry - from neighborhood bars and high-volume events to more refined cocktail service.
Along the way, I've had the privilege of learning from and working alongside talented mixologists, cicerones, and sommeliers, who helped shape my knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, hospitality, and the little details that turn good service into a great experience.
My Story
Bartending has always been more than just a job for me. I love the creativity behind a great cocktail, the energy of being behind the bar, and most importantly, being part of the moments people come together to celebrate.
For years, I had the idea of taking everything I'd learned behind the bar and bringing that experience directly to people's homes and events. In 2024, I finally took the leap and created Happier Hour - a mobile bartending service built around fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, great service, and a little personality.
Happier Hour wouldn't be where it is today without the family, friends, clients, bartenders, and everyone else who has supported me alone the way. I'm incredibly grateful for every event I've been trusted to be a part of, and I'm excited to continue growing Happier Hour, meeting new people, and making every celebration a little happier.
When I'm not behind the bar, I'm behind the wheel as an MTA bus operator - but creating memorable experiences through Happier Hour will always be something I'm passionate about.
